MORE WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP ROLES NEEDED!
We need more women in leadership roles, because they possess many of the most important qualities necessary for leadership and success. Women are naturally better at certain aspects of leadership than men are; such as connecting emotionally with others and being empathetic.
Women are expected to and have the innate ability to handle work life and
home life, while striking a balance between both at the same time.
Women are expected to handle raising your children and growing a business, many times with the same expectation of dedication to both as a man.
Women are much better nurturers than men, making them good at building relationships, mentoring, team building and collaborative projects.
A leader’s ultimate job is to provide support and facility to their staff, enabling them to produce more efficiently and productively. Women are much better at recognizing needs and being open to the needs of others.
